Sir Walter Apartments offers affordable housing for seniors 62 and over, or individuals with a disability. The HUD assistance program is designed to meet the needs of people with various levels of income. We have Section 8 and LIHTC units! Under the program, a resident will pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income as rent. Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have.
